Anti-aging Face Masks

Facial masks are an excellent way to give your skin a deep cleansing of the pores which contributes to healing blemishes, acne and sun damaged skin. It help to stimulate cell renewal, tone, firm and hydrate the skin.

Hydrating facial mask:

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • ¼ mashed avocado
  • 1 tea spoon cider vinegar

Hydrating facial mask

Mix 1 egg yolk with 1/4 of a mashed avocado and drizzle required quantity of cider vinegar to create a smooth paste. The egg and avocado will penetrate, soften and moisturize the skin and the cider vinegar will tone and gently exfoliate the skin. To get maximum benefit of facemask, apply it after you get out of the shower or after steaming your face.

Age Defying Face Pack:

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sandalwood powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk cream
  • Turmeric powder

Mix a pinch of turmeric powder with milk and sandalwood powder, stir the mixture to mix it properly. Apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes thereafter rinse off with lukewarm water. This face pack will nourish and tighten the skin and lighten age spots.

Age Defying Facial Mask:

Ingrdients:

  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Few drops of orange juice

Mix both the ingredients and stir properly. This recipe is beneficial for mature skin to
look younger and regular use of this mixture will help in reducing the fine lines. Apply this mixture all over your face and leave it for 20 minutes. Thereafter wash your face with warm water and pat dry.

Soft and silky skin Face Mask:

Ingredients:

  • ½ banana
  • 2 table spoons of yogurt
  • 1 Table spoon honey

Mash the banana thoroughly to make a smooth paste. Mix honey and yogurt and stir. Apply this recipe on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Rinse the face with cold water to get the soft and smooth skin.

Moisturing Mask:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal- cooked and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Mix thoroughly together, then let sit for a while to allow the oatmeal to soften in order to form a smooth paste.

Yogurt gently exfoliates and cleanses while the oatmeal and honey moisturize and re-hydrates the skin.

Face Mask for Smooth Skin:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon raw chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoonhoney
  • 4 drops of rose oil

Mix and blend all the ingredients thoroughly. Banana will nourish and hydrate the skin, chocolate powder preven wrinkles and protect from free redical changes. Honey wil work as moisturizer and rose oil wilp in generating skin cells and smoothing the skin. To get better results apply the face mask after cleansing and leave it for about 20 minutes thereafter rinse the face with lukewarm water.
