The face is focus of much attention as it represents the identity of the person and is most exposed to public view. How to take Care of Facial Skin?
Face care depends upon the types of skin. Good facial skin care treatment includes cleansing, toning and moisturizing in the morning and then repeating the process in the evening. Normal, dry or sensitive skin types can skip one of these two cleansing step. A healthy diet which contains adequate amount of vitamins, minerals and protein is very important for following good face care regimen. Drinking lot of water/fluids, (not soda, caffeine. Soda contains high concentration of sodium which retains fluid & does not allow flushing the intoxicants of body) to detoxify the body, taking sufficient sound sleep and doing regular exercises are other factors to maintain healthy skin. Use SPF 15 or higher as protection from ultraviolet rays of sun is also very important.

Natural recipes for facial cleansers provide the perfect solution and the right balance for all skin types. Citrus, dairy products such as milk and vinegars make great all-purpose facial cleansers.
Cleansing:
Using warm, (not hot), water and a mild cleanser gently wash your face, and then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Soaps of any sort should not be used on the face as they can be too harsh, drying out the skin and clog pores.
Prepare Facial cleanser for oily skin at home:
Mix 2 table spoon baking soda, 1 tea spoon honey and one tea spoon mashed cucumber pulp

Toning
Dampen a cotton pad and wipe gently all over your face to remove the last traces of cleanser and any dirt or debris remaining on the skin. This step will help to close the pores and to enrich the skin with an active anti-aging and rejuvenation treatment.
Basic Anti-Aging Toner Recipe:
2 heaping tablespoons of green tealeaves (or 3 to 4 green tea bags) 1 cup mineral water 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 tablespoons finely choppedrosemary leaves Sensitive to normal skin types can substitute half of the mineral water for milk.Oily to acne prone skin types can add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cider vinegar or substitute half of the mineral water with vodka for an extra stimulating toner!
Moisturizing
Moisturizing helps to retain and seal in the skin’s natural moisture as well as to provide a vehicle to introduce an anti-aging treatment to provide the skin with the resources it needs to stimulate and reinforce rejuvenation. Apply your selected AM or PM moisturizer with an effective active anti-aging ingredient to warm, moist skin in a circular upward motion making sure to avoid the immediate eye area.
