Right kind of diet: Eat foods that are rich in Vitamin C and E. Such food has powerful antioxidant properties and help in elimination of free radicals from the body, promoting health and firm skin. You can include blueberries, kiwi, papaya, sweet potato and broccoli in daily diet for Vitamin C rich food and for Vitamin E eat wheat germ oil, sunflower seeds, and almonds.

Use of Natural Oils: Use products that contain natural oil like coconut oil, glycerin and shea butter. These products will keep the skin moisturized and prevent your skin from sagging. Natural oils can help in preventing formation of free radicals as well as keep the skin’s connective tissues supple and strong.

Limit Exposure to Sun: Ultraviolet rays of sunlight breakdown and prevent the regeneration of collagen and elastin so you should limit the exposure to sun. Apply sunscreen of SPF 3O half an hour before going outside. As far as possible try to avoid sun between 10 A.M and 4P.M. when intensity of sun rays is very high.

Stop Smoking: Do not smoke cigarette as it reduces the blood supply to skin by narrowing blood vessel that causes skin to sag and premature ageing. Smoking also deprives the skin of oxygen and nutrients that keeps the skin firm and healthy.
